Please note we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12
**All our rooms are ensuite with the exception of the Large Double room - The Forest Park Room. This room has a bathroom directly opposite the room (one step!), although not en suite it is private to the room and no one else uses it.
All our prices include Full English and Continental Breakfast served in our Breakfast Room. Breakfast is served from 7.00am to 9.30 am Monday to Saturday and from 7.30am to
9.30 am on Sundays

Cancellation Policy - 48 hours notice. Payment in full will be charged for "No Shows" and failure to cancel within the 48 hours notice cancellation policy. Thank you
FREE PARKING
Parking at Park Farm is free and off street. On the day of check in you are more than welcome to arrive after 11.30 and leave your car with us, so you can make the most of your visit to Windsor!
Checking In
Book a room
As a general rule we "say" Check in to Park Farm is after 5.00pm!
This is because as a small run B&B we are in and out running errands and provision shopping for breakfast. So sometimes we are not free to check you in personally. If you would like to check in earlier this is absolutely fine, just give us a quick call and let us know! For reference the rooms are "usually" ready by 1pm and we will be able to advise accordingly when you phone .
What ever suits you is completely fine by us!
Checking Out
Check out is by 10.30am. Again we are really relaxed with this so please don't feel the need to race out!. We are a small B&B so servicing the rooms in time for people arriving is something we have to take into account as we are unabel to "shuffle" rooms as large Hotel chains do!
